A weed that is edible

Dandelion is highly diuretic as detox and will give relief from low stomach acid and heart burn which is the main cause of GERD which inturn helps digestion. Ancient cocktail recipe for digestion always have this bitter included in their tincture or bitters tonic. The best way to include this bitter is drink the tea throughout the day before and after meals in 1/4th cup and mixing them with herbs like marshmallow roots burdock root and slippery elm bark will help stomach ulcers and inflammation. The sweetea gives very good Dandelion roots with best price in the market they need to do something about the soil that settles in the tea i use a cloth stainer. Re steeping sometimes decreased the effectiveness as bitterness is reduced. Bitters are best medicine!
Note: don't drink Dandelion tea before bed as it increases urination instead chamomile with marshmallow slippery elm which calms the whole gut and body
