Double Mesh Strainer is the right place to start. Two layers of stainless steel mesh: the bottom layer covers a finely weaved upper mesh. The mesh screens aren't flush with each other so as to create a tighter weave that would prevent small particles of ingredients from going through.
Very effective in filtration.
Tip to use: rinse it with water right after use to avoid clogging the superfine mesh. Else difficult to completely clean.

Fine functional product
The strainer is double mesh layered and serves the filtration purpose very well. Happy to have found it after my long search for ultrafine tea strainers. Yet to see how good the quality of steel /metal is, over long term usage.
